What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is a free online service that allows you to pay bills or make other payments from your WEOKIE checking account. No more writing checks, addressing envelopes or standing in line to buy stamps! Pay your bills with just a few clicks of the mouse. Bill Pay can help you save time and money and gives you access to your payment history for each payee.
What is required to use Bill Pay?
You must have a checking account with WEOKIE Credit Union, be a Home Branch user and must have internet access with an internet browser that meets our minimum requirements. The following browsers are compatiable with Bill Pay:

How do I enroll for Bill Pay?
To set up a new Bill Pay account, go to the "Options" link inside Home Branch and choose "Service Enrollment".
I've enrolled in Bill Pay, what do I do now?
When you access Bill Pay for the first time, you must add payees before you can schedule payments. When setting up your payees, please make sure that the information is obtained from the most current bill received. This will avoid any processing delays, which are often caused by an old or incorrect account number or an incorrect mailing address.
What is the cutoff time for submitting payments?
The Bill Pay cutoff time is 9:00 pm Central. Anything setup after this time will be scheduled for the next business day. Payments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Can I download transactions to my Personal Financial Manager software (such as QuickenTM, Microsoft MoneyTM or Microsoft ExcelTM)?
Yes, the bill pay system has an export feature.
Can I stop a payment after it has been processed?
To stop a payment on a bill payment check that has not yet been cleared by the payee, you can contact our Bill Pay processor,Checkfree, at 1-855-818-9410. Expedited (electronic) payments cannot be stopped once they have been processed.
