Our safe deposit boxes use a dual-key entry system for maximum security. You will have one key, and a WEOKIE employee holds the second key. Both keys are required to open the box, ensuring that only you can access your valuables when you visit the location.
If you lose your safe deposit box key, please contact your location immediately. There will be a fee to drill and replace the lock, so it's important to keep your key in a secure location.
You can access your safe deposit box during regular business hours. Access requires the presence of a WEOKIE employee with the second key, so visits must occur when the location is open.
You can authorize additional individuals to access your safe deposit box by completing the appropriate paperwork at your location. All authorized users will need to provide proper identification when accessing the box.
WEOKIE does not provide insurance coverage for the contents of safe deposit boxes. We recommend checking with your homeowners or renters insurance provider about adding coverage for items stored in your safe deposit box.
