Shared branching simply means that credit unions share facilities, giving you more than 5,300 convenient locations across the country. It’s like having your credit union with you in any state you travel.

Services Offered
You can enter any shared service center in the United States and conduct a range of transaction services. These services include:

Transfer Between Accounts

Deposits and Withdrawals
Balance Inquiries

Loan Payments and Advances
In order to access these services you will simply need to provide 3 things:
Your Home Credit Union's Name
Your Member Number
A Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
The following services cannot be provided at a shared branching location:
Accounts Cannot be Opened or Closed
Non-members cannot cash checks drawn on participating credit union members accounts

If your financial institution is part of the Co-op Solutions Shared Branch network, WEOKIE can take care of your banking needs.
As a member of a participating credit union, shared branching allows you to conduct transactions as a guest member at WEOKIE—just like you would at your home branch. Whether you need to make a deposit, withdraw cash, or check your balance, we’re here to help.
To use this service, simply visit one of our participating WEOKIE locations, and don’t forget to bring your account number and a valid photo ID.

Whether you're a WEOKIE member using another credit union’s shared branch or a non-member visiting a participating WEOKIE location, you can:
- Purchase official checks
- Transfer funds between accounts

Be sure to bring your account number, your Home Credit Union’s name, and a Valid Government-Issued Photo ID to complete your transaction.

Can I apply for a loan or open a new account at a shared branch?
No, you cannot apply for loans or open new accounts at a shared branch. However, you can easily complete these tasks through online banking while you're in another city or state.
