At WEOKIE, we’re committed to enhancing your experience with our products, services, and staff. We want to hear from you to make the improvements that just make sense!

Member Surveys

As a member-owner of WEOKIE Federal Credit Union, your opinion is valued. We’re working to make improvements every day that benefit you! You may soon receive a survey from us asking for feedback on how we can provide you and your family better service. We ask you to please take a few minutes to complete the surveys we send you. You may be asked to complete anywhere from one to four surveys per year, but never more than one per quarter.

You may receive a survey asking you about: 

  • Your overall member experience
  • The experience you had joining the credit union if you’re a new member
  • A new account or loan you opened recently
  • Your use of online or mobile banking, or one of our ATMs
  • A call you made to our Member Contact Center

Please note:  

Our surveys will often come from a company called Medallia – the email sent to you will look like this:
