How to Verify a WEOKIE Survey Email

We occasionally send member feedback surveys to help enhance your experience. Use the information below to confirm that the survey invitation you received is legitimate, secure, and safe to open. Have questions? Call or text us.

Member Surveys

As a member-owner of WEOKIE Federal Credit Union, your feedback plays an important role in how we improve and grow.

 

Throughout the year, you may receive an invitation to complete a short survey about your experience. These surveys help us understand what’s working and where we can improve.

 

You may receive between one to four surveys per year, but never more than one per quarter.

You may be invited to share feedback about: 

  • Your overall member experience
  • Joining the credit union as a new member
  • Opening a new account or loan
  • Using online or mobile banking, or an ATM
  • Interactions with our Member Contact Center

WEOKIE partners with Medallia, a trusted survey provider, to send member feedback requests. Survey emails sent on our behalf may look like this:

Medallia is our trusted third-party research partner, and all official survey information survey invitations are sent securely on behalf of WEOKIE. 

Please note that these surveys are strictly for gathering feedback. WEOKIE will never ask you to provide sensitive details, passwords, credentials, or personal information within a survey or email link. Never share this data unless you have securely logged into the official WEOKIE Online Banking portal yourself.
