Member Surveys
As a member-owner of WEOKIE Federal Credit Union, your feedback plays an important role in how we improve and grow.
Throughout the year, you may receive an invitation to complete a short survey about your experience. These surveys help us understand what’s working and where we can improve.
You may receive between one to four surveys per year, but never more than one per quarter.
You may be invited to share feedback about:
- Your overall member experience
- Joining the credit union as a new member
- Opening a new account or loan
- Using online or mobile banking, or an ATM
- Interactions with our Member Contact Center
