The following Promotion shall be governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Each entrant is referred to herein as “you” or “your” in these Official Rules. Do not enter this Promotion if you do not meet the following requirements at the time of entry.

 

Sponsor/Administrator: The Promotion is sponsored and administered by WEOKIE Federal Credit Union, PO Box 26090, Oklahoma City, OK 73126. Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party brands, retailers, or entities related to the prize.

 

General Conditions: The winner of the drawing will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Such random drawing shall be conducted by the Administrator. The Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. By participating, entrants agree, and by accepting the prize, the winner agrees, to release and hold harmless the Released Parties (including Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and any prize suppliers) from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred by participating in the Promotion and/or the awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for the prize except at Sponsor's sole discretion (prize may not be exchanged).

 

Eligibility: The “WEOKIE's March Madness 100-inch TV Giveaway” promotion (the Promotion) is open only to legal residents of Oklahoma, who, at the time of entering the Promotion, are eighteen (18) years of age or older. All entrants must be natural persons. No entries from business entities accepted. Employees, volunteers, and officials of WEOKIE Federal Credit Union, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, or spouse), and/or persons living in their households, and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Applicants are not required to be a WEOKIE Federal Credit Union member.

 

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on March 2, 2026 at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 4:00 pm CST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries accepted ONLY in person during lobby hours (Monday–Friday 9:00 am–4:00 pm CST) at WEOKIE's El Reno Member Relationship Center. The lobby is closed on Saturdays—no entries accepted on weekends or Saturdays. NO ONLINE ENTRIES, MAIL-IN ENTRIES, OR ANY OTHER METHODS ARE PERMITTED.

 

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NO ONLINE ENTRY AVAILABLE – IN-PERSON ONLY. During the Promotion Period, you may enter only in person at WEOKIE's El Reno Member Relationship Center located at 320 S Rock Island Ave, El Reno, OK 73036. Complete an official entry form provided at the location.  Limit one (1) entry per individual for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified. No other methods of entry are permitted. No online, mail-in, phone, email, social media, or other entries accepted under any circumstances. No entries on Saturdays (lobby closed). 

 

Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. The drawing will occur during the first week of April 2026 (on or about April 6, 2026). The winner will be notified shortly thereafter via telephone and/or email (using contact information provided on the entry form). If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, another winner will be drawn (and the prize may be forfeited if no valid alternate is selected). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

 

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded: one (1) 100-inch 4K Smart TV (approximate retail value: $1,500). Prize will be shipped to the winner's home address or address provided by the winner. Prize will be awarded as-is; Sponsor is not responsible for delivery issues beyond initial shipment, installation, or any warranties (any manufacturer warranty applies as provided by the maker). Prize must be claimed/confirmed per notification instructions; Sponsor will coordinate shipping details after winner verification. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
