At WEOKIE, our volunteer Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding the credit union's direction and ensuring the voice of our members is represented.

Important Notes: The credit union's directors are volunteers, receiving no compensation for their service. They have a fiduciary responsibility to provide general direction and control of the credit union. Directors must have or acquire familiarity with basic finance and accounting practices, including the ability to read and understand the credit union's financial statements. Time requirements include: monthly meetings, ongoing educational sessions, and other activities.
