Pop-Up Blocker Assistance

If you are experiencing problems with accessing your e-statements and other links in WEOKIE's Online Banking system, please check your setting for pop-ups.

Our secure Online Banking Portal requires that you allow pop-ups on your web browser to successfully navigate the different options throughout the site such as E-statements.

When visiting a page that is blocked by your browser's Pop-up blocker, look for an alert message at the top or bottom of your browser that gives you the option to allow pop-ups for this website. You will want to select "always allow pop-ups from this site.

If you do not see this alert message on your browser, follow the instructions below to manually allow pop-ups on popular browsers:

CHROME

  1. At the top right, click the settings icon (three vertical dots).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, select Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site Settings.
  5. Click Pop-ups and Redirects.
  6. Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add and enter WEOKIE's Online Banking web address (https://weokie.e-creditunion.org/) and then click Add to save your changes.

SAFARI

  1. Click the Safari menu in the top left corner.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click on the Websites tab.
  4. In the left sidebar, select Pop-up Windows.
  5. In the Currently Open Websites section, find WEOKIE's Online Banking website or manually add it if not listed.
    1. To add manually, visit the online banking page, then go back to the Websites tab in Preferences.
  6. Next to WEOKIE's Online Banking website, choose Allow from the dropdown menu.

MICROSOFT EDGE

  1. At the top right, click the settings icon (three horizontal dots).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, select Privacy, search, and services.
  4. Click Site permissions. 
  5. Click All permissions. 
  6. Scroll down and select Pop-ups and redirects.
  7. Next to Allow to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add Site and enter WEOKIE's Online Banking web address (https://weokie.e-creditunion.org/) and then click Add to save your changes.

FIREFOX

  1. At the top right, click the settings icon (hamburger menu, three horizontal lines).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the options window, click Privacy & Security on the left sidebar.
  4. Scroll down to the Permissions section.
  5. Click the Exceptions button next to Block pop-up windows.
  6. Add WEOKIE's Online Banking web address (https://weokie.e-creditunion.org/) in the Address of website field.
  7. Click Allow
  8. Click Save Changes
