e-Statements are a FREE and convenient way to access your monthly account statements online and replace your paper statement sent through the mail. With e-Statements, you will get:
- E-mail notification when your statement is ready to view.
- The ability to save your statements to your personal computer and/or print them out.
- Your statements much sooner than if by mail.
- Archived statements for 12+ months for your convenience.
- Ability to view images of cleared checks (front and back).
Share your e-Statements
You can now share your e-Statements with WEOKIE members or non-members.
To share your e-Statements with another individual:
- Log on to Online Banking or the WEOKIE mobile app
- Select eStatements
- Under Edit User Settings, select Grant Others Access
- Select Add New Account Access
- Enter the requested information, choose the statements you want to share, and select Add to send an Invitation Code

If you have received an Invitation Code and you are an existing WEOKIE member:
- Log on to Online Banking or the WEOKIE mobile app
- Select eStatements
- Under the Statements drop down, select Other Invited Parties
- Select Add Access
- Copy and paste your Invitation Code and select Add to accept your invitation
If you have received an Invitation Code and you are NOT an existing WEOKIE member:
- Open the Shared Statement Access site
- Select Accept Invitations
- Copy and paste your Invitation Code and select Submit to accept your invitation
- Complete your enrollment (create a username, password, etc.)
- Sign in with your username and password

You may request an electronic statement at your email address for free at any time by:
- Logging into Online Banking and clicking "e-Statements" to enroll.
- Logging into Mobile Banking and clicking "e-Statements" from the Menu to enroll.

e-Statement FAQs
You can enroll three ways: (1) Log into Online Banking and click "eStatements," (2) Log into Mobile Banking and select "eStatements" from the Menu, or (3) Contact us at 405-235-3030 or visit any WEOKIE location.
After you enroll in e-Statements, we'll deposit $5 into your primary WEOKIE savings account. The credit will appear on a future account statement. This is a one-time bonus—one per member.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your statement is available to view online—typically sooner than you'd receive it by mail.
Yes! You can view, save, and print your e-Statements anytime from your computer. You have complete control over when and what you print.
Your statements are archived online for 12+ months, making it easy to reference past transactions whenever you need them.
WEOKIE charges a monthly fee for paper statements sent by mail. You can avoid this fee entirely by enrolling in e-Statements—plus you'll get $5 just for signing up!

Yes! e-Statements use the same security measures as Online Banking to protect your financial information. You'll need your login credentials to access them.
