General Disclosures & Membership Requirements:
APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APY reflects the total amount of interest/dividends paid based on the interest rate and frequency of compounding over a 365-day year (or 366-day leap year). All rates, yields, programs, and terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Membership eligibility is required. All deposit accounts are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to at least $250,000 per individual depositor.

Account Earnings & Calculations:
Non-certificate account rates are variable and may change at any time after account opening as determined by the Credit Union. For tiered-rate accounts, the stated APY reflects a blended rate based on the balance tier maintained. Interest is calculated using the daily balance method, which applies a daily periodic rate to the principal balance in the account each day. Dividends/interest are compounded and credited monthly unless otherwise specified. Fees, statement charges (such as paper statement fees where paperless e-Statements are not selected), or failure to meet minimum balance requirements may reduce earnings on the account.

Savings Accounts & Balance Tiers:
‡ Balances over $1,000 earn the base savings rate.
^ Available to members under age 18.
§ Balances over $4,999.99 earn the base savings rate.

Certificate & IRA Terms:
A penalty will be imposed for early withdrawal of principal prior to maturity: 1% of the amount withdrawn for terms of 12 months or less; 3% of the amount withdrawn for terms greater than 12 months. Additional deposits may be made to open certificate accounts at any time by visiting a location in person, calling 405-235-3030, or transferring funds within Online/Mobile Banking.

High Yield Money Market Terms:
A minimum opening deposit of $2,500 is required. If the $2,500 minimum daily balance is not maintained, the account will not earn the stated APY. Rates are variable and may change after account opening. The stated APY reflects a blended rate based on the portion of the balance within each tier, and the actual APY earned will vary depending on the total balance maintained in the account.

Commercial High Yield Money Market Terms:
A minimum opening deposit of $100,000 is required. If the $100,000 minimum daily balance is not maintained, the account will not earn the stated APY. Rates are variable and may change after account opening as determined by the Credit Union. Interest is calculated using the daily balance method and credited monthly. Available for business and commercial deposit accounts only.

Non-Profit Money Market Terms:
Available exclusively to qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations registered in the State of Oklahoma. Proof of 501(c)(3) status must be provided at the time of account opening to receive stated rates and benefits. Rates are variable and subject to change after account opening. Dividends are compounded and credited monthly. Minimum balance requirements apply to earn stated APY. Excess transaction fees may apply. Membership eligibility required.
