Frank Cory,
Secretary/Treasurer

Frank Cory retired from AT&T as a Supervisor in Technical Services after 35 years of service. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, US Army Reserve.

Frank began his service on the WEOKIE Board in 1977. During his service on the board, he has served as Board Chairman. and Secretary/Treasurer. Frank has also served on many Board committees and continues to serve on the Oklahoma Credit Union Political Action Committee as a Trustee. He was named Political Activist of the Year in 1999 and was awarded the Distinguished Service Award as Volunteer of the Year 2001-2002 from the Oklahoma Credit Union League. Frank served three years as an elected officer on the Boomer Sooner Chapter for Oklahoma Credit Unions 2000-2002.

Frank is graduate of the Command and General Staff College, the Army Aviation Fixed-Wing and Rotary-Wing
School and also a graduate of Officer Candidate School. He received his Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State
University in Trades and Industrial Education.

Frank serves as Vice-President of Chapter 136, NewOutlook Group, of the Telecom Pioneers (formally Telephone Pioneers of America). Frank has served in numerous positions in Pioneering including, Oklahoma Council President, Life Member Representative, and President of the Thunderbird Club. Frank is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Oklahoma County Senior Nutrition Program Development Foundation.
