Bill Manger retired from Lucent after 29 years as Affirmative Action Manager. He is currently a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Oklahoma City.

Bill has been a member of WEOKIE's Board of Directors since 1981.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1976.

He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
